猪链球菌的药物敏感性及耐药基因检测

Analysis of antimicrobial sensitivity and resistant genes of Streptococcus suis

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨猪链球菌对各类药物的耐药性及其耐药基因的检测。方法 我们对2005-2007年分离自四川、广西、贵州、广东等地的56株猪链球菌用api-strep生化鉴定条进行生化鉴定,采用微量稀释法进行药物敏感性分析,PCR检测耐药基因。 结果 在所检测的13种抗生素中,56株猪链球菌对青霉素、氨苄西林、头孢噻肟、头孢曲松、头孢吡肟、美罗培南、左旋氟沙星、氯霉素、红霉素、阿齐霉素、克林霉素、万古霉素均敏感,但均对四环素耐药。使用PCR方法检测了编码四环素耐药的tet(K)、tet(L)、tet(M)、tet(O)、tet(Q)等基因,发现所有检测的菌株均携带tet(M)基因。 结论 猪链球菌可能在进化过程中获得了tet(M)基因,而tet(M)的扩散可能和在饲养过程中大量使用四环素类药物添加剂有关。

     

    Abstract: Objective To determine the antimicrobial resistance of Streptococcus suis (S.suis) and to identify the relevant resistance gene.Methods Api-strep biochemical identification was performed to identify 56 strains of S.suis isolated from Sichuan, Guangxi, Guizhou and Guangdong in 2005, 2006 and 2007.Microdilution method was employed for the analysis of antimicrobial sensitivity, and PCR detection of resistance genes was conducted.Results For the thirteen categories of antibiotic tested in the present study, sensitivity to penicillin, ampicilolin, cefotaxime, ceftriaxome, cefepime, meropenem, levofloxacin, chloramphenicol, erythromycin, azithromycin, clindamycin and vancomycin was revealed for the 56 strains, and resistance to tetracycline was noticed.PCR detection to filter the tetracycline resistance genes, tet(K),tet(L),tet(M),tet(O) and tet(Q), revealed consistent presence of tet(M) in each strain.Conclusion S.suis strains might have acquired tet(M) gene through evolutionary process.The wide spread of tet(M) was assumed to be associated with the abuse of tetracycline addictives as a growth promoting factor in swine feeding.
